chore(gendao): 更新版权信息并修改工具名称标识

- 移除 consts.go 文件中的版权注释
- 将模板文件中的 GoFrame CLI 工具标识替换为 Gin-base CLI 工具
- 更新 DO、Entity、Table 等模板中的自动生成声明
- 移除 mlog 和 utils 包中的版权注释
