feat(valid): 添加自定义参数绑定功能

- 实现CustomBind函数支持GET、POST、PUT、PATCH请求方法的参数绑定
- 添加bindFromJSON和bindFromParams函数处理JSON和表单数据解析
- 实现setFieldValue函数支持多种数据类型的字段值设置
- 添加CustomBindToMap和CustomBindStructAndMap辅助函数
- 提供GetQueryParam、GetPostParam和GetPathParam参数获取工具函数
- 在.ginignore文件中添加构建产物和临时文件忽略规则
